Staff was friendly and efficient. Store is in great location. I accompanied my daughter to get a smoothie which seemed to be loaded with sugary sherbet. By evening time she was sick with fever and GI symptoms. She was in a lot of pain and symptoms were sudden and swift. I would ask the management to review food safety with staff. Clearly something in the smoothie was infected.

If you're looking for the best smoothie in Winston Salem you have officially found it here!! I've been going to the Juice shop for my entire life and they haven't missed a beat. Great service, they are very polite, very fast, and very impressive with how they handle there rush hours...which might be all the time but you would never know it with how fast you are in and out. Thank you juice shop for continuously providing a wonderful product with wonderful service and not changing a bit over the years, you will always have my business!!!

The staff is always so friendly and kind. I often stop in during the lunch rush, and despite how busy things can get, the team is always working hard while still making every customer feel welcomed and valued. The service is consistently great, and their positive attitude never goes unnoticed. It’s refreshing to find a place that delivers both excellent smoothies and excellent customer service every single time!

I’ve been coming to this juice shop for a long time and honestly never had a bad experience until today. I always order the same strawberry, banana, and pineapple smoothie with no issues, so I did not like the girl’s choice of words or her delivery when I placed my order today. Her customer service came off very disrespectful and dismissive. When I explained that I’ve ordered this smoothie plenty of times before exactly the way I asked for it, she basically responded with something like, “Well I don’t know who took your order before, but you need to have a base in it. We don’t make our smoothies like that.” Meanwhile, I literally watched the other worker pour apple juice into my smoothie when I never asked for apple juice at all. If I wanted apple juice in my drink, I would’ve said that. The whole interaction felt unnecessary, rude, and inconsistent, especially considering I’ve ordered the same thing there multiple times without a single problem before today. And best believe corporate will be aware of this matter!!!

Today was hot!! The heat index was around 100. Overheated from shopping in the area, we saw their sign and had to give them a try. It seemed like the perfect way to cool off. At first I thought the prices were a little high but desperately wanting a cold smoothie, I was willing to pay the price. I was pleasantly surprised that my smoothie was served in a 20-24 oz (not sure the exact size) and in a Styrofoam cup! I ordered the strawberry splash and asked if I could add blueberries. They said I could and it was delicious. The only thing I would change is leaving out the banana. I love bananas but they use extremely ripe bananas. They were sitting on their counter and most were very brown. Just too ripe for my personal preference. Overall, I felt the price was definitely worth the quality & quantity of smoothie I got.
